In 1999, Laurence Bartlett, Kathleen Crotty established the firm with the intent of continuing the
legacy of service to the Daytona Beach community established by the patriarch of the Crotty
family, E. William Crotty. The firm soon earned a reputation for working hard and providing its
clients with quality legal representation.
In 2005, the firm opened a satellite office in Ormond Beach to accommodate its growing number of clients. In addition, the Ormond Beach office allowed the firm to be more flexible and responsive to the needs of their clients. In 2007, the firm opened a third location in Palm Coast in an effort to reach out to the citizens and businesses of Flagler.
