Laurence H. Bartlett
Laurence Bartlett has lived in the Daytona Beach area since 1970 when his parents relocated after retiring from government service. He played football for Seabreeze High School and graduated in 1972. He went on to obtain his B.A. and law degree from the University of Florida and remains a devoted fan of the Fighting Gators.
Returning home from Gainesville in 1979, Mr. Bartlett associated with the long established firm of Elliott, Tindell and Strasser. In 1984, Mr. Bartlett joined the firm of Black, Crotty, and Sims, and in 1999, he opened the firm of Crotty & Bartlett, P.A. with his wife Kathleen Crotty and brother-in-law Michael Crotty.
Mr. Bartlett is dually admitted to practice law in the State Courts of Florida and the Federal Middle District of Florida. Mr. Bartlett has successfully represented clients before the Florida Supreme Court.
As a former President of his own condominium association for 13 years, Mr. Bartlett has the practical experience as well as the legal background to advise his various condo and homeowner association clients. His practice areas include commercial litigation, probate administration, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Bartlett enjoys golf, racquetball and Gator football.
