The passing of a family member is a very emotional and stressful time. This process is overwhelming, costly, and time consuming if you do not have the proper estate plan in place.
By taking time to create a proper estate plan, you will help overcome one of the major hurdles for your loved ones. For example, without a proper estate plan, your assets will be tied up in probate which is a time consuming and costly process after you pass.
