Our primary goal is to create estate plans which help our clients to protect their assets and insure the assets will be available for their beneficiaries to enjoy.

An estate plan should be designed for your individual needs and concerns as well as provide for your family’s maintenance and protection. Below is a list of some issues you should consider when creating your estate plan:

     •Designate guardians for your minor children that will provide a caring, loving, and nurturing 

      environment for your children.

     •Consider the use of “trusts for underage beneficiaries” to protect inheritances for minor children,

      beneficiaries with special needs or disabilities, or other beneficiaries who lack the ability to
      manage their inheritance.

     •Use trusts to shield the inheritance of adult beneficiaries from the divorce, lawsuits, creditors 

      and predators;

     •Make a plan of your lifetime goals as well as the life style you wish to enjoy and the work ethic  

      and activities you want to instill in your heirs.

     •Ensure your pets are provided for after you can no longer care for your four-legged friends.
